Terms of Service for Solvane

1. Overview

Welcome to Solvane. These terms govern your use of our live sessions, digital materials, and physical items provided through solvane.biz.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all offerings of Solvane, including personalized training sessions and business coaching, downloadable courses, and any shipped goods.

3. Services: Executive Training and Coaching

Our live training sessions and one-on-one coaching engagements are arranged by mutual agreement. Scheduling and preparations require lead time. If you cancel at least 7 days before a scheduled session, Solvane will issue a refund minus processing fees or offer to reschedule at no extra charge. Cancellations less than 3 days before the session are non-refundable due to resource commitments. Rescheduling requests after this period may be accommodated subject to availability.

4. Digital Products

Digital materials include online courses and downloadable guides. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for assistance.

5. Physical Products

Physical items are shipped to the address you provide. You may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition without signs of use. To send the item back, use a tracked service at your cost unless the product is defective. Defective items will be replaced at no extra charge or refunded.

6. Refund Policy

Services: Refunds for cancelled sessions made at least 7 days in advance will be issued minus processing fees. Sessions cancelled less than 3 days in advance are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Digital Products: All digital sales are final. No refunds are provided once access is granted.

Physical Products: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the sent-back product. Refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or request a new date for any session or order, please notify us at least 7 days in advance via our contact form. We will confirm any changes in writing.
